The Kent Grouped Schools PFI Project in Great Britain

The Kent Grouped Schools PFI Project, which is supported by £81m of government PFI credits, will provide a mix of new and refur-
bished school buildings at six secondary schools across Kent. The key players of this education partnership programme, Costain En-
gineering & Construction Limited, Bilfinger Berger BOT Limited and William Verry Limited, make use of the Conetics ProjectRoom in order to secure the data exchange management with the subcon-
tractors and across the supply chain. The Conetics ProjectRoom will host around 75 project participants over the next 3 years.

Construction of new hotel on British Channel island Jersey

The enlargement project of the "Hotel de France" on Jersey had to be built in the shortest possible time and by maintaining normal hotel operations. In order to finish the design and construction works on the turnkey object successfully within time and budget, the consortium of Heitkamp, the owner and "Deerglen Design & Build" decided to entrust Conetics with the data management of the project. The Hotel de France is the biggest privately owned hotel in Britain and was planned and designed by Swiss consultants "Büro Kannewischer".

New head office of the ADAC in Munich

In the west of Munich, the ADAC (german automobile association) is planning the new head office for its 2.400 Munich-based em-
ployees. To realize the project within time and budget, the ADAC decided to implement the Conetics Internet-based project management system. Within the next 5 years an estimated number of 50.000 documents will be communicated by more than 100 ProjectRoom participants via the Conetics ProjectRoom.

Development of the new main station Berlin

The redesign of the new central railway station is one of the biggest and most spectacular construction projects in Berlin. The so called "Lehrter Bahnhof" will be the biggest railway station in Europe and will be finished in 2006, right on time for the football World Cup in Germany. The project management decided to apply the Conetics virtual ProjectRoom in order to finish the project within time and budget.
